Clean the device
The first step in our quality control is to clean the device to make sure you receive acceptable cosmetic state and to ensure grading is not polluted by dirtiness

Check the frequency and severity
Then, we check all the defects the device has. They are ranked by frequency and severity.
This process is done with established metrics and does not rely on our workers.
03.
Strictly Apply policy
Depending on what is found after checking the whole device, a grading is given.
The grading is explained further in the document below.
