How it started
Started in 2020, RefurbHeroes is the association of 2 engineers – Bichoi and Romain – with technical and sales expertise
We believed the used and refurbished market needs to step up regarding its quality and corporate responsibility.

Since Day 1 – our mission for our customer is to focus on quality at all costs.
It means that it does not matter the model or the quantity you are looking for. You will always receive the same quality.
This is possible thanks to our standardize process. Our quality control includes the cleaning of the device, a 60+ points test with a market leading software and some additional manual tests for risky components such as microphones.
All of our test are registered in our system and available on demand.
How is this achieved ?
By having several offices to Berlin (DE), Paris (FR) and Zagreb (CR) we have a highly flexible workforce that allows us to easily process thousands of devices / week. Our model is redundant and reliable for you.
